    Method of Poaching Shrimps

    • Thoroughly clean and peel the shrimps, leaving the tail intact.
    • Remove the vein from the shrimps using your hands.
    • Straighten the shrimps by gently bending them outward with both hands.
    • Cover every prawn appropriately with corn flour.
    • Warm some grease in the skillet and assemble all tempura components.
    • Take a bowl and place plain flour, eggs and freezing cold water and blend them together.
    • Once the grease is adequately hot, dip your shrimps into the egg batter and sauté them until they turn golden brown.

    Preparing The Sushi

    • Take a Nori sheet, fold it in half and rip it.
    • Now, grab that Nori sheet and position it on the plastic-covered bamboo mat while keeping its rough side facing upward.
    • Add 1 cup of flavored sushi rice onto the nori sheet and distribute 2 teaspoons of masaga on its surface. Gently spread to create a thin layer.
    • Turn the Nori sheet downside up.
    • Arrange tempura prawn, zucchini, and avocado on the upper part of the Nori sheet.
    • Wrap this in a plastic covering and retain for a few moments to maintain their form.
    • Cut this roll with a blade while keeping the plastic covering on and when beginning to serve, carefully unwrap it on the dishes.
