Whenever I crave a nutritious and light delicacy, I opt to prepare a dish of baked chicken fajitas, and I am satisfied. Baked chicken fajitas are flavorful and simple to whip up. They do not demand much of your time and energy.

Baked Chicken Fajitas Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 400oF. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- In the baking pan, place the chicken breasts and sprinkle some taco seasoning over them. Add the onion, potatoes, bell pepper, and garlic. Also, add oregano and hot sauce to it.
- Pour the undrained canned tomatoes into the pan. Cover it with aluminum foil.
- Position the baking pan in the oven. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until the potatoes are thoroughly cooked. It’s done when the chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
