    • Take a baking dish, line it with plastic wrap. Cut salmon fillets lengthwise, skin-side down, and place them on half side of the dish. Blend sugar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle over fish. Add dill to cover, and then pour vodka over the mixture.
    • Next, sprinkle the remaining blend over the remaining salmon and position it in the dish with skin upwards. Wrap the salmon with plastic and place a board with a weight on top.
    • Refrigerate for 24 hours, flipping every 12 hours.
    • Carefully remove excess salt, sugar, and dill from the salmon fillets. Slice thinly and it is ready to serve.
    • Once completed, your dish is ready to be enjoyed.
