    Create Stir-Fried Brown Rice Noodles Easily

    The method I want to present today is for preparing stir-fried brown rice noodles. This method is among my preferences due to its remarkable flavor and nutritious components. This method is also simple to prepare.

    Brown rice noodles offer numerous advantages compared to conventional rice noodles. It includes ample fiber, which is beneficial for your metabolism. Cholesterol is not a concern when using brown rice. It provides various nutrients to the body. Additionally, it has low sugar content, translating to fewer calories.

    In order to prepare stir-fried brown rice noodles, first boil the noodles in a pot and set them aside. Subsequently, heat oil in a wok and stir-fry mushrooms and garlic. Combine sauces, wine, garlic, ginger, and chili in a separate container. Add cornstarch, mix well. Reheat the oil, then stir-fry shallots, spinach, and sesame seeds. Include the sauce, mushrooms, and noodles. Toss them together.

    To enrich the noodles’ flavors, consider incorporating plum sauce. No plum sauce available? Below is a list of plum sauce replacements. There exist numerous other rice-based recipes that you may want to explore as well.

    • Start by adding peanut oil in a wok, heating it on high heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute until the mushrooms turn grey. Once the color changes, remove from heat and set aside.
    • In a pot, bring water to a boil, add brown rice noodles, let them sit for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water.
    • In a jug, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, and Chinese wine. Stir continuously, add garlic, ginger, and chili. Incorporate corn flour, blend thoroughly.
    • Once again, heat oil in the wok. Add three shallots, spinach, and sesame seeds. Let them cook for about 2 minutes, cover with a lid until all vegetables are cooked.
    • Add the sauce, cooked mushrooms, and noodles. Mix well.
    • Once the noodles are thoroughly combined, turn off the heat and serve hot, garnished with shallots.
