    • Cuire les rotinis tricolores selon les indications de l’emballage en veillant à bien saler l’eau. Une fois les pâtes cuites, les verser dans une passoire et les rincer à l’eau froide pour arrêter la cuisson. Une fois toute l’eau égouttée, placer les pâtes dans un grand saladier.

    • Détailler le poivron et l’oignon rouge, puis couper les tomates, et les champignons en tranches.

    • Ajouter les légumes hachés et les olives tranchées aux pâtes et mélanger juste assez pour combiner.

    • Verser la vinaigrette italienne sur les pâtes et bien mélanger. Il peut sembler y avoir beaucoup de vinaigrette au début, mais les pâtes en absorberont une grande partie. Servir frais.

    • Utiliser des tomates plus petites- Je recommande d’utiliser de petites tomates, comme des tomates cerises ou des raisins, plutôt que des plus grandes car elles peuvent devenir molles.
    • Couper les légumes de taille uniforme- Pour éviter qu’un légume ne domine le plat, assurez-vous de couper les légumes de taille similaire.
    • Cuire les pâtes al dente- Assurez-vous de cuire les pâtes al dente pour qu’elles soient juste assez fermes pour ne pas se casser lorsqu’elles sont mélangées aux légumes.
    • Refroidir les pâtes- Ces pâtes ont meilleur goût refroidies, donc placez-les au réfrigérateur couvertes pendant une demi-heure environ avant de servir.
