- Pat dry the fish pieces with a paper towel. Coat them with the flour mixture.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over high heat until foamy.
- Place the coated fish pieces in the skillet and cook each side for 5 minutes.
- Once both sides of the fish are cooked, turn off the heat. Remove the fish from the skillet and transfer to a serving plate.
- Let the fish rest for 3 minutes before serving.
