    Paella is a Spanish recipe. It consists of rice and seafood, flavored with the delicate scent of saffron. I got this recipe from my cousin. He prepared it once for a family meal. So, I requested the recipe from him. The recipe is straightforward and excellent for seafood enthusiasts.

    If you want to make seafood paella, start by boiling the chicken broth and adding saffron. Then, sauté onions and chorizo with garlic and red pepper. Next, mix in rice, tomatoes, peas, mussels, clams, and shrimp. Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Your seafood paella will be ready.

    12-14 inch Stainless Steel Skillet
    • Take a gas grill and heat it to medium-high heat.
    • Boil the chicken broth in a medium saucepan. Add saffron and salt to it.
    • Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow it to sit for about 15 minutes.
    • At this moment, warm oil on medium fire in a 12-14 inch stainless steel frying pan.
    • Incorporate onion and red pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Then, introduce chorizo and garlic and blend.
    • Position the frying pan with the sofrito on the gas barbecue. Next, include rice, enriched broth, peas, salt, tomatoes, shrimp, mussels, and clams.
    • Add rice to the pan and stirringly cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
    • Seal the barbecue lid and let the rice simmer for 15 minutes.
    • Pour around 1 cup of hot liquid if the mixture seems dry.
    • Arrange the mussels and clams in the rice. Keep the hinged sides up so they release their fluids into the rice.
    • Position the shrimp around the shellfish.
    • Take the pan and cover it with aluminum foil. Let it cook for 6-10 minutes until the rice and shrimp are done. Also, verify that the mussels and clams have opened.
    • Adorn it with parsley and present.
