Beefloaf is a dish made of beef mixed with various ingredients. It’s shaped by hand and baked in a loaf pan. These beefloaf cupcakes pair well with spaghetti or any pasta of your choice.
To prepare beefloaf cupcakes, heat oil in a pan. Saute onions and garlic in the pan. Then, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, and eggs in a bowl. Season with spices and mix well. Incorporate the sauteed veggies. Place this mixture in the cupcake tin and bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with ketchup and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
